1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 The online store is the property of OÜ Arteemus (registration code 10016781), located at Liblika 4, Tabasalu, 76901, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.2 A legal or natural person intending to place an Order for goods with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
1.3 When ordering goods via the Internet, the Buyer confirms his agreement with these rules by clicking the "Buy" button at the final step of placing an Order in the online store. This confirmation means that the Buyer agrees to buy the goods from the Seller on the terms specified in these rules.
2. ORDERING
2.1 The Buyer fills in the electronic form of the Order for the goods and sends the formed Order to the Seller via the Internet.
2.2 After receiving the order and payment, the Seller provides the Buyer with access to the video content hosted on the AutoWebOffice CRM platform with the right to view within 3 months;
All materials are protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property, and unfair competition law (Attention! All video materials are protected by a QR code - downloading and distribution is prohibited!)
3. DELIVERY OF GOODS
3.1 Delivery is carried out by e-mail immediately after receipt of payment.

4. RETURN OF GOODS
4.1 The ordered goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
5.1. In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before going to court is the presentation of a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
5.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
5.3. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, either of the Parties has the right to apply for the protection of their rights to the City Court of Tallinn.
